Official registries of beneficiaries are closed for public viewing. On Tuesday, Nov. 22, 2022, the Court of Justice of the European Union (CJEU) ruled in a Luxembourg cases (C-37/20 and C-601/20) related to the UBO registry, which is also relevant to the Netherlands, Belgium, Malta and other EU countries. These court cases influenced on UBO registries and currently they are closed in several countries. It might happen, that in other EU countries UBO registries will be closed for public viewing as well. To read more, visit next link |
