June 2025: Pricelist changes and New products

All online reports, including both Full and KYC reports, will now include an online sanction and PEP check.

The sanction screening will be performed on the target company, as well as its shareholders, beneficiaries, managers, and subsidiaries.

The check covers 447 sanction lists sourced from 202 unique international databases.

SOAP-based API v4 Main Highlights (all below mentioned changes are now available in all formats including XML)

• New sections: country economic overview, paid taxes, tenders, and sanctions (moved under negative_information).

• New data fields: source type in many sections, match type in relationship section, value origin in financial statements, group figure for number of employees, and more.

• Share capital and assets restructured; assets data now consolidates real estate, vehicles, equipment. Share capital section is expanded with new data fields

• Branches, litigations, and financials expanded with additional details.

Minor adjustments expected during stabilization.

Starting July 1, 2025, the VAT rate in Estonia will increase from 22% to 24%.
As a result, for all customers to whom VAT applies, prices will be adjusted accordingly to reflect the new rate. Please take this upcoming change into account for your future planning.
