Financial Reporting Obligations for Companies in Armenia
1. Registry for Financial Statements Submission

Public Access to Financial Statements:
In Armenia, financial statements of listed companies are publicly available through the Armenia Securities Exchange (AMX) ( https://amx.am/ ).
However, financial reports of private companies (LLCs and other non-listed entities) are not publicly accessible. Such reports are submitted to regulators but are not disclosed to the general public.

- «Բաց բաժնետիրական ընկերություն» (Open JSC) — Open Joint Stock Company
- «Փակ բաժնետիրական ընկերություն» (Closed JSC) — Closed Joint Stock Company
- «Հիմնադրամ» (Foundation) — Foundation
- «Անհատ ձեռնարկատեր» (Sole Proprietor) — Sole Proprietorship (not typically required to publish financial statements, but must report income)
- «Կոոպերատիվ» (Cooperative) — Cooperative
- «Պետական ոչ առևտրային կազմակերպություն» (State Non-Commercial Organization — SNCO) — SNCO (reporting under specific rules)

5. Deadline for Submission of Financial Statements
All legal entities in Armenia must submit annual financial statements by July 1 of the year following the reporting period.
6. Partial Financial Statements Submission

7. Consequences of Late Submission
