1. Registry for Submitting Financial Statements

Companies in Hong Kong are required to submit their financial statements annual reports to the Companies Registry (公司註冊處) (https://www.cr.gov.hk/en/home/index.htm). The Companies Registry is the official body responsible for the registration and administration of companies in Hong Kong.

Public Access to Financial Statements:

In Hong Kong, financial statements of listed and public companies are publicly available through the Hong Kong Exchanges (HKEX) disclosure platform (https://www.hkex.com.hk/).

However, financial reports of private companies (Private Co. Ltd.) are not publicly accessible.
