What is the scope of the Mongolian company database?
The database covers over 260,000 registered legal entities in Mongolia, updated quarterly. Each year, around 10,000–15,000 new entities are added to the Mongolian State Registry, ensuring our coverage remains comprehensive and current.
How can I search for a Mongolian company if I don’t have its legal name?
Our database supports searching not only by local-language company names and registration numbers but also by Latin-letter transliteration of the legal name. This makes it easier for international users to locate companies even without Cyrillic names or codes.
Is financial data publicly available for all Mongolian companies?
No. Financial statements for state-owned companies (about 6,150 entities) are partially available to the public. However, financial data for privately-owned companies is not public. We supplement this gap with alternative checks such as litigation history to build a well-rounded credit profile.
What sources are used for preparing a Freshly Investigated Full Credit Report?
We rely on multiple authoritative sources, including:

Can I check litigation and legal history of private companies?
Yes. Although financial data for private companies is inaccessible, you can still verify negative information such as court cases, administrative or criminal records, and other legal actions via our sources like the Judicial General Council of Mongolia.
How accurate and up-to-date is the data in the system?
Our core database used for company and relationship searches is updated quarterly. However, when preparing a Credit Report (Full Report), we collect all information in real time from the business registry, local courts, and various other official sources to ensure that each report reflects the most accurate and up-to-date information available.
