How many companies are registered in the Philippines?
The official business registry in the Philippines includes over 1,250,000 legal entities, with around 500,000 corporations and 750,000 sole traders. Among them, financial statements are publicly available for over 300,000 companies.
Which companies in the Philippines publish financial statements?
Under SEC Memorandum Circular No. 01, Series of 2025, all corporations with assets or liabilities of at least 600,000 PHP (1 million PHP or more for branches of foreign corporations) are required to file annual financial statements.
